Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has very spacious rooms with a large living room and essential amenities. The service provided was helpful overall, although with some room for improvement in communication. The location is quiet but a bit far from the main attractions. The dining experience was decent but not exceptional. The hotel's facilities are satisfactory.
The hotel has spacious rooms with a huge hall, TV, dining table, sofa set, and a pantry section with a refrigerator, which turned out to be huge. However, not having a kitchen could be a downside. The location is surrounded by mosques and convenient for reaching most tourist attractions, making it comfortable and close to essential facilities. The dining experience for vegetarians was good each time, but the fruits were not replenished. The service was exceptional when recommending a local taxi driver guide called Moosa; however, lacking knowledge of tourist points and poor Wi-Fi were negative points.
The hotel provides clean and comfortable rooms with basic amenities, but lacks natural light or scenic views. The service is lacking, with unhelpful staff and poor room service. Its location is convenient but distant from key attractions. The dining experience is subpar, especially during Ramadan. The facilities are average, without any standout features.
My stay at the hotel was overall delightful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it a great choice for families. The staff, especially Mr Abdul Rauf, were welcoming and helpful, adding a personal touch to the experience. The location was convenient for sightseeing, though cleanliness could be improved in some areas. The dining experience was satisfactory but could benefit from more variety. The hotel offers good value for money with basic but sufficient facilities available.
I had a delightful stay at the one-bedroom apartment, finding the rooms decent and of great value for money. However, the service from Vietnam was not up to par, appearing rude or unavailable, though other staff members were helpful and generally very good.
